The rice pile is one of the most popular rice recipes and a delicious dish for many types of meat!
200 g of rice (one cup)
1 red pepper
600 ml of water (3 cups) or chicken soup
3 tablespoons oil
Method of preparation
Heat the finely chopped onion in a saucepan with hot oil, add the grated carrot and chopped chilli.
Put salt, pepper and a little vegetable.
Wash the rice well in several waters and add it to the pan for a few minutes.
Then add 600 ml of water (3 cups) or chicken soup and place the pot in the oven, until the rice is boiling.
Add the minced parsley on top.
The rice pile is an excellent garnish for steaks, but it can be cooked directly with meat, especially chicken or beef, but not only.
It can be mixed with several vegetables and any kind of meat you prefer.
