Pies with potatoes and garlic sauce, fast

Pies with garlic and potatoes are delicious winter snacks, which can be consumed even in fasting.

600 ml of water
2 yeast cubes
2 teaspoons salt

Method of preparation

Mix the yeast with the sugar, then add a little warm water and two tablespoons of flour. Pour 10 tablespoons oil and leave the mayonnaise on the heat until doubled in volume. Then mix it with the rest of the flour and the rest of the water, until you get an elastic dough, which you leave on the side for 45 minutes. Boil the potatoes, without peel, pass them and mix with salt, pepper, lime juice, 8 teaspoons of oil and chopped dill.

After the dough has grown, divide it into 30 balls, which you spread as thin sheets. Put a little filling in the middle of each one and close them tightly on the edges. The pies thus formed are fried in a hot oil bath, on both sides. Pass the garlic with salt and gradually add the oil, until you form a mayonnaise, which you dilute with a little water. Potato pies are served with pomegranates.
